My recipe for the avocado boats:
Package of Tuna mixed with chipotle lime mayo from Primal Kitchen and 1/2 of a red onion chopped. Cut your avocado in half then spoon in the tuna mix. I top mine off with pepper, red and orange peppers chopped up.
